Helping to manage a $1.3 billion agency, Castro leads staff and contracted firms in delivering policies, safety, security, outreach, and programs that strengthen mobility and the region’s economy. Over her 18 years at RTC, she has served in senior leadership roles, including Chief Strategy, Policy and Marketing Officer.
