Paratransit Report Card

RTC offers paratransit service to customers with physical, cognitive or visual impairments and are not functionally able to use traditional transit service independently. All who request eligibility for paratransit service must be certified, which may entail an in-person interview and possible functional assessment. EB – Eastbound

NS – Nearside (Before the Intersection)

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to cancel a trip or board the vehicle within the allotted time frame, they may incur penalty points.
