Proposed Fares & Services Updates

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is PROPOSING changes to its transit fares and services to help address rising operating costs and increased demand, while maintaining reliable service. These changes include fare increases and pass eliminations for both paratransit and transit riders, as well as route and timing changes for transit service.

We encourage all transit and paratransit riders to provide input now through June 23, 2026 by visiting rtcsnv.com/transitupdates. All proposed details and two short surveys are available.

These changes will impact you!

Paratransit Trip Planning

We offer two different services to help ADA Paratransit clients manage their trips. myRideRTC Para is a system that allows you to book new trips, check and cancel existing reservations, track vehicles, access estimated drop-off times and more. And our Paratransit Customer Ride Notification System allows clients to receive reminders about upcoming trips. See below for more detail.

RTC PARATRANSIT SERVICE UPDATE

RTC PARATRANSIT SERVICE UPDATE

RTC continues to make steady progress following the recent transition to a new technology system. We appreciate your continued patience and feedback as we focus on improving your experience.

The customer survey is now closed. As a reminder, customers who participated in the survey will receive two free rides added to their paratransit account by May 22.

Based on your feedback, RTC has expanded day-before booking hours for the myRideRTC Para app and online portal. Customers can now book next-day rides until 6 p.m., extended from the previous 5:30 p.m. cut-off time.

IMPORTANT:

Thank you for riding with RTC and for your continued support and feedback as we improve our services.

Visit the rtcsnv.com/bookmyridertcpara to enroll using your client ID, email address and date of birth on file with the RTC. Rides may be scheduled 1-3 days in advance and its recommended allowing two hours between trips to ensure you do not miss your ride. Rides can be canceled up to two hours in advance.
